Watch and learn as our talented chef demonstrates how to create dishes that blend local flavors with global inspiration.
From refreshing fish ceviche and the iconic espada fish with banana guacamole to the traditional “espetada” beef skewer, every dish is explained with flair, passion, and practical tips. It’s an engaging and fun way to learn the art of fusion cuisine.
